BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
In case of cancellation :
- The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he/she cancels after booking.
- The client will have to pay 100% of the total price if he/she cancels within the 60 days before arrival.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included before the end of his/her stay.
In case of force majeure specific to COVID-19 (Government Travel Restrictions) making the stay impossible, a voucher valid for 18 months will be offered.
In case of French government restrictions on travel making the stay impossible, the refund is full.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by an other with the same or superior characteristics, without aby additional payment.
The company has the possibility to cancel the reservation if the situation requires it. In this case, the company will refund 100% of the amount of the reservation.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
In case of payment by credit card, an additional charge of 1.5% will be applied to the total amount of your rental. These charges are collected in full by the banks. Payment by bank transfer and cheque will not incur any additional charges.
AMEX payment is not accepted.
